About the Recipe

Ingredients

1 can (10 oz each)Original 1 Lb. of ground beef

RoTel diced tomatoes and 3 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce

Green Chilies undrained 1 /2 cup of diced onions

1 pkg, (16 oz each) Velveeta Salt & pepper to taste

Pasteurized Cheese

Product cut into 1/2 inch

cubes


Cook ground beef, onions and seasoning. Drain off fat. Combine

undrained tomatoes and cheese in a medium sauce pan. Cook over

medium heat five minutes or until cheese is completed melted and

mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Slowly add beef mixture and

Worcesterhire Sauce to cheese mixture. Combine all ingredients in crock

pot and let simmer. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers or veggies..
