Ingredients
1 or 2- 8 oz. softened cream cheese 2 tsp. vanilla extract
( depends on how cheesy you 1/3 c. lemon juice
want it) 1 prepared graham cracker
1 can Borden's condensed milk crust.
1 c. of sour cream
Whip cream cheese in bowl until smooth (about 10 minutes). Add condensed milk and
mix at medium speed. Add sour cream, lemon juice and extract and mix until smooth.
Pour cream cheese mixture into prepared graham cracker crust. Bake at 350° for
about 10 minutes. Toppings: The toppings can be whatever you choose; cherries,
strawberries, blueberries, or no topping at all.
