SAUTEED SPINACH & MUSHROOMS OVER
ANGEL HAIR

2 T unsalted butter 1 lb cooked angel hair pasta

2 garlic cloves 3T olive oil

4 oz white mushrooms 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

4 C. WASHED SPINACH

In large skillet. melt butter, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds; now

add mushrooms and cook for 2 more minutes, Add spinach, salt, pepper

and cover. Cook 1 minute more until greens are tender. Take spinach

mixture and add to cooked pasta. Drizzle with olive oil and top w/parmesan.
