REESES PEANUT BUTTER DELIGHT

About the Recipe

Ingredients

1 -17.5 oz pouch of 1 egg

peanut butter cookie mix 2 T. Hershey's cocoa

3 T. vegetable oil divided 36 Reeses mini peanut butter

1 T. water cups


Heat oven to 375°. Stir cookie mix, 2 T. of oil, water and egg until soft dough

forms. Set aside 1 cup of dough. Add cocoa and remaining 1 T. of oil to remaining dough,

blend well. Roll together a pinch of the peanut butter dough and a pinch of the chocolate

dough to make 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 ninutes.

Remove from oven to wire rack and let cool for 2 to 3 minutes. Press mini Reese's cup in

the center of the cookie at angle. Allow to finish cooling.
