Ingredients
4 boneless/skinless chicken 1 jar (26-28 oz) tomato pasta
breast halves sauce
1 egg, slightly beaten 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 400°. Dip chicken in eggs, then bread crumbs coating well.
In 13x9 inch baking dish, arrange chicken; bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
Pour tomato sauce over chicken then top with cheese. Beke 10 minutes or until
chicken reaches 170° and is no longer pink. Serve with hot pasta if desired,
