About the Recipe
1 cut up chicken 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
Salt & pepper 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup of vegerable oil 2 tsp ketchup
2 T flour 1/2 tsp paprika
1 cup water
Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Brown chicken in hot vegetable oil
on both sides over medium -high heat (chicken will finish cooking in sauce later), remove
chicken from pan and add 2 T of flour to small amount of oil left in pan. Stir and add
1 cup of water to pan, Mix together mustard, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and paprika.
Add to mixture in pan and stir. Return chicken to pan and cook slowly until tender.
about 1 hour. If sauce is too thick, add a little water to thin it out.
