About the Recipe

Ingredients

5 stalks celery 2 pkgs Knorr vegetable oup

3 med. size carrots 1 tsp cumin

1 sm cabbage 2 tsp garlic powder

1 med yellow onion 1/2 tsp thymecups water

11cups water 16oz box Manischewitz matzo

11tsp chicken bouillon meal

granules 2 Tbs Oil


Prepare matzo balls according to package. Chop vegetables and place

in large stockpot with 2 Tbs of oil on medium heat and cook for five

minutes. Next, add bouillon granules, spices and 11 cups of water

bringing to a boil. Drop matzo balls and cook per directions on Matzo

meal box.
