Ingredients
1 qt vegetable broth 2 cloves garlic
2 cups filtered water 1 can tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups lentils 1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup chopped celery 1tsp dried rosemary
1 chopped carrots 1 tsp dried basil
1/2 cup chopped onions 1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 cup frozen corn 1/2 cup iodized sea salt
Place all ingredients in a crock pot on HIGH and cook for 5 hours. Serve
with cornbread or crackers and a salad. If soup is too thick, add additional
vegetable broth.
