About the Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup frozen corn kernels 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and

defrosted diced

1 sm red onion, chopped 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

2 cloves garlic, peeled and leaves

finely chopped Salt and pepper to taste

1 lime juiced

2 large tomatoes, cored and chopped


In a large mixing bowl, combine corn kernels, onion, garlic. lime juice,

salt and pepper. Stir until combined well and fold in the chopped

tomatoes, avocado and cilantro. Serve immediately with baked tortilla

chips
