About the Recipe
Ingredients
1 stick unsalted butter divided 3 qt. popcorn
1 bag of colored miniature 1/4 c. light brown sugar, firmly
marshmallows (10 oz) packed
Melt half stick of butter in a large pot over low heat. Add marshmallows and
brown sugar and stir until melted. Remove from heat. Pour popcorn into pot
and toss well. With buttered hands make 2 1/2 inch balls and place on
parchment lined baking sheet.
