About the Recipe

Ingredients

16 oz macaroni 1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 cup evaporated milk 1 1/2 cup Cheddar (grated)

2 eggs 1/2 cup Parmesan (grated)

8 oz sour cream 1 T butter

1 tsp seasoning salt


Heat oven to 350. Boil salted water in a large pot. Cook pasta for ten

minutes and drain. Combine milk, eggs, sour cream. salt and pepper. Add

in the cooked pasta and pepper. Top with Parmesan and pour butter

on top. Bake until cheesy and bubbly.
