About the Recipe

4 boxes Jiffy Cornbread Mix 1/2 cup buttermilk

4 eggs 2 cups cheese

1 cup oil

Preheat oven to 400°. Mix all ingredients and pour into greased baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
