About the Recipe

Ingredients

4 to 5 diced white potatoes black pepper to taste

1/4 green peppers Garlic powder to taste

1/4 c. red peppers Onion powder to taste

1/4 c. yellow peppers 1/4 c. butter

1/4 c. onions


Melt butter and stir potatoes into butter. Stir in all peppers and spices. Cook on low

temperature until potatoes are soft. For extra flavor stir in a tablespoon of bacon

grease.
