Ingredients
2 pkgs. JIFFY Corn Muffin Mix 1/4 cup oil
2 eggs 8 oz finely shredded sharp
1 can (12 oz) cream style corn cheese
Preheat oven to 375°. Combine all ingredients, keep about 1/4 cup of
cheese out and blend well. Pour into prepared muffin cups, filling about 1/2
full or place full amount in 9x12 pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes depending on
whether you are making muffins or cornbread in big pan., then sprinkle
remaining cheese on top and bake another 5 to 7 minutes. Let cool before
removing from pan.
