About the Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup margarine 1 lb. powdered sugar

1 1/2 c. creamy (or crunchy) 1 T. vanilla

peanut butter 1 pkg Wilton Light Cocoa


Mix all ingredients, except chocolate, together well. Roll mixture into tiny

balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter. Refrigerate peanut butter balls

for 3 hours. Using double boiler, melt chocolate until smooth. Using a

toothpick, dip each ball, being careful not to cover completely. Place

Buckeyes on wax paper and chill for another hour.
