About the Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups all bran cereal 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

2 cups vanilla almond milk 1/2 cup raw sugar

2 eggs 1 T baking powder

1/3 cup vegetable oil


Preheat oven to 400°. Greae 12 cup muffin pan with cooking spray.

In medium bowl combine cereal, milk, egg and oil and set aside.

In separate bowl, blend flour, sugar and baking powder; add these dry

ingredients to wet mixture half at a time and mix well. Bake for 15 to 17

minutes according to your oven.
