About the Recipe

1 cup butter salt

2 egg yolks 2 tsp. baking powder

2 1/2 cups flour 1 c. sugar

1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/4 c. milk or coffe cream

Stir flour with the salt and baking powder. Cut in the butter. Add sugar to the

dough and mix. Add egg yolks, vanilla and coffee cream and mix well. Put dough

together. Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness, Cut in animal shapes. Bake 8 - 10

minutes at 350 degrees. Do not over bake. Cookies should be light.
