About the Recipe
3 lbs chicken (any pieces) 1 medium onion
Seasoned salt (to taste) 1 med. green bell pepper
Garlic powder (to taste) Parsley
Black pepper ( to taste) Vegetable oil
3 cups flour
Preheat oven to 325°. Wash chicken & pat dry. Seaon chicken
with spices on both sides and coat with flour. In hot frying pan,
brown pieces on both sides; remove and place in 15x10 inch
baking dish and set aside. Discard all but 1/4 cup of the oil and
add flour to pan; brown the flour then add onions, bell pepper and parsley.
Next add broth and stir to desired constency; salt to taste. Pour over chicken
and bake for one hour.
