About the Recipe

Ingredients

1 lg can refried beans (or 2 2 pkgs Ortega Taco Seasoning

small cans) mix

1 16 oz jar Pace Chunky Salsa Dash of salt & dash of pepper

(medium or hot) Dash of chili powder

4 oz each of Monterery Jack and Dash of hot Sauce

Cheddar cheese - shredded 1 medium to lg tomato - diced

(or use 8 oz of your favorite 3 or 4 green onions - chopped

cheese) Black olives (optional)

1 lb ground turkey - Browned


Mix refried beans 1/2 jar salsa, half pkg of taco seasoning, salt,

pepper, dash of chili powder and a few dashes of hot sauce in a glass

baking dish. Spread the bean mixture in the baking dish. Brown the

ground turkey and add one package taco seasoning, one cup water.

Bring to a boil, than simmer a few minutes. Spread turkey mixture on

top of bean mixture. Layer with cheese, top with tomatoes. green onion

and olives. Bake at 350 degree untiil bubbly hot and chees is melted

Eat with your favorite Mexican chips.
