About the Recipe
2 sticks butter 1 c. chicken broth
2 cloves garlic 2 c. heavy cream
1 shallot 1 T. basil leaves
1 cup dry white ine 1/4 tsp. salt
2 T. lemon juice Pepper to taste
In medium saucepan, melt butter. Add garlic, shallots and wine; cook
6 minutes. Add lemon juice and broth and cook for 2 more minutes.
Remove from heat; add salt, pepper and basil.
