Ingredients
6 to 7 med. yukon gold potatoes 2 T flour
16 oz mild cheddar cheese 1 1/2 cup half and half milk
(grrated) Seasoned salt (to taste)
2 Tsp butter Pepper (to taste)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using mandolin,slice potatoes thin. Begin
layering, starting with potatoes, seasoned salt, pepper, dot of butter, flour
and cheese; repeat layers and end up with cheese. Warm milk to near
scalding then pour on top. Cover tightly with foil; pierce top of foil in two
different places in the middle. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until
potatoes are tender.
