About the Recipe
6 Hard boiled eggs. peeled 1/2 tsp dry mustard
3 T. mayonnaise for salad 1/8 tsp salt
dressing 1/4 tsp. pepper
Cut the eggs in half, lengthwise. Pull out the egg yolks, put them in a
bowl and mash with a fork. Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.
Continue to mix until creamy. Evenly fill each egg white with the egg
yolk mixture. Arrange eggs on large serving plate. Cover and refrigerate
up to 24 hours.
