About the Recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. of ground chicken or 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

turkey 1 T grill seasoning blend

1 sm. McIntosh apple peeled (Montreal Steak seasoning by

and finely chopped McCormick)

1/4 c. pure maple syrup, eyeball it 1/4 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg

1 T poultry seasoning


Mix chicken or turkey with apple, syrup, grill seasoning, poultry seasoning,

cinnamon and nutmeg. Score the meat sections into 4 sections.. Form 4 large

thin patties and set into hot butter and oil. Cook 5 minutes on each side.
